I am Anna, an Energy and Transformation Coach dedicated to helping women shift from constant doing to conscious being.
With over two decades of leadership experience, I understand the weight of perfectionism and self-doubt.
My own journey taught me the power of choosing trust over control, and now I guide others to make that shift for themselves.
